Will just go for the latter and say we'll lose to Croatia, draw with Spain and beat Italy.

And narrowly be eliminated by a point or goal difference.

Which at least, financially, would be a relief...

we'll definitely score, it's rare that we don't score under Trapattoni, even against the top seeded sides in qualifying

Oh, forgot to predict the other scores. Odd considering I remembered to predict the Ireland scored twice (or 3 times now)

Some things are obvious:

Spain beats Italy but gets several injuries and Yellows, plays tentative vs a plucky Irish side,
and we beat Spain after beating the Cro-magnons
And It's a big party en route to round 2.

Trap airlifted to GDansk Hospital with Chest pains, Polish Doctors try to chear him up by telling tale of inventing solar powered flash light and screen door submarine.

Drunken Stutts and Tets slow dance together in town squre. Mortified when it shows up on Youtube a day later.

Paul O'Shea complains that Irish fans leave litter everywhere and he has to clean it up.

I can see the optimism for Italy and croatia, but why are you so sure against Spain?
