injury time goal to get a 2 all draw. they need to beat the serbs and hope the swiss dont beat the slovaks to qualify.anotheer goal for sam byrne. Any chance of him making it at utd? Great to be well in contention in the last game

Ended 2-2. We conceded a goal in injury team and then equalised!! At least we're still in it.

We should be aiming for better than just being in contention, especially after blowing a 2 goal lead in the first game. How many teams qualify, just first place?

Just the first placers. With a small pool of players so it must be difficult to be competitive every season . hard for us when we missing the likes of roberts, wilkinson and drennan up top, Grealish and george as creative forces, lenihan from blackburn, dillon from hull and pepper at inverness as other centremid options and mcfadden, the o Reillys and hoban as centre back options.

That is nearly another squad of players that have played for us and are at english clubs the majority of which would expect to be first choice if available and which you could definately make a good side out of and Im sure there are others. I think we have had a bit of an injury nightmare unfortunately.

Good to see that we've a competitive team, especially with all of those lads missing.

2-0 Slovakia. A single goal will put us through but we don't look like doing it. Serbia have had 10 efforts in the second half to our 0. Kenneth McEvoy and Luke Gallagher on.

Ended 0-0. Very disappointing considering we'd be through if we'd only defended the two-goal lead against the Swiss. We only had one shot in the entire second half and two in the game overall, so we were probably very lucky to even draw today.
