    Waterford (Home)

huge game this one with two home games coming up time to get a hold of top spot if we keep playing the way we are we should have enough to beat waterford. need to keep an eye on that young lad sean mcgurie scored two the other night aswell and one against us very quick (something or centre halfs are lacking) and skillful.

I was at the Waterford game the other night. McGuire up front does look a serious threat, his first goal was excellent. They played him off another young lad, this one a big, awkward fella called Daragh Walshe I think who scored a brilliant effort too. Against that their wingers looked ordinary enough and our Gamble/Bradley axis in the middle should be well able to handle Dempsey/Peter White. Waterford will be on the up after their game Friday but if we play like we have in the last few games class should out.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

If we keep the head and keep playing like we have I think we will win. Once we don't panic and be patient the results will come.

Heading to this one Friday night. My expectations were pretty low heading out the gate after the Longford game, but I really think, on the basis of the last two games, Limerick should pick up all three points here. Hoping for good weather, good football and a lack of big crowd syndrome!

Keep up the way they've been going and it should be three points, with any luck. Scully seems to have done what needed doing, now hopefully he doesn't roll back like he has before and drop Bradley or someone for no good reason :/

In fairness to him he does seem to have copped on, though. Longford game may not have been so bad after all, if it made him realise.

Maguire is playing for the Ireland schools team in Wales on Thursday and will only be back in Ireland early Friday remains to be seen if POB plays him or not, I don't see how he can afford to leave him out.

The current form he is showing means Waterford can't afford to but if he plays a full game on Thursday he shouldn't be allowed play Friday as it will burn the young fella out. Think he was involved in a game a few weeks ago for Ireland and was a sub the next day for Waterford. When Jason Hughes was captain of the Under 18's Schoolboys we didn't have him available for a month or two.

Looking up match previews, Waterford squad has a little of injured it seems, could really affect them. Also, Dominic Foley out for at least another three weeks, frustrating to see. Limerick really beginning to click in the last few games, think he'd be doing well if he was fit to play. Back in time for Longford away I hope.

another sh*$e performance. The only way Limerick will get promoted is if we play all oyr games away from home for the whole season.Only for i have a season ticket i would'nt bother going up again.Woeful rubbish. We played better football under Mcgee and Kerley than this joke of a manager. Me thinks its time to be more vocal about sacking Scully.

another clueless and guttless performance the min they scored i said we are beaten that team has no bottle or heart all they want is there big pay cheque im sick to death of this cowboy in charge of limerick a bluffer is all he is. only for iv a season ticket i wouldnt go back until this bluffer is sacked back to his long ball tactics again NOT ONE SINGLE SHOT ON TARGET IN THE WHOLE GAME AT HOME its not good enough. iv no sympathy for pat o sullivan not acting and keeping scully in charge because we are going nowhere fast under this bluffer if he wants to waste his money fine but you wont be wasting mine.

Brutal stuff, no answer from Limerick to Waterford's midfield 2 and mobile front 2. Also about the 'Ultras', disgusting abuse of a clearly distressed Kiely, if it was one of ours down injured and abused like that in any ground in the country we'd never hear the end of it on here. Knackers to a man.

Ah decking brutal again. Back to square one with that performance. Waterford weren't exactly outstanding tonight. Another home game another loss. Nothing ever changes. q

3 losses already this season is not good enough to go from last weeks performance to that tonight is not good enough.
We didn't threaten them at all.....why in the name of god did he bring on a centre back when we were 1 down needing to score.

Did any of the rest of the Hardy Boys try to shut the animals up? Any abuse of a promising young player in obvious pain is boll*x. Moron.

Whats it to do with any of us to stop anyone why didnt you stop em if you were so worried? How is any of what was said abuse? Half the stand was laughing at what was being said i find it hard to believe they would laugh at someone being abused.
They were making childish comments about his name being Willy stupid yes abusive not a hope. You need to get a life if you think any of what was said was abuse.
