The ground is in the village of Whitechurch which about 5 miles north from the city centre.

You're best bet would be to get to the city centre then follow signs for Limerick.

About 2 miles from the city centre you'll get to a big junction with a Dunnes stores on your right(blackpool shopping centre).

Go straight and a couple of hundred yards on you'll see a MacDonalds on your right. Turn right here and you'll go up a steepish short hill to a T junction. Turn left here and you're on the old Mallow Road. about a mile on there should be a signposted right turn to Whitechurch. Its about 3 miles out that road. No more turnoffs I think, haven't been there in a while.

Once you're on the old Mallow road best ask a local to make sure you're in the right neck of the woods.

I played a couple of junior games at Rockmount park a few years back and there used to be a bar there. Not sure if it still is there.

Would be somewhere to go if you're early. There are a few pubs in Whitechurch village anyway, which is very close to the ground.

From McDonald's on the Commons Road. As you come to Mc Donald's on the Commons Road turn up right go to the top of this hill and turn left onto the old Mallow Road follow this road for 1.5 miles over the bridge and you will then come for the turning for Whitechurch on the right take this road straight out for around 4 miles you will then come to a garage on your left as you past this take a right heading for the church the pitch is about 100 yards past the church !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
