    Headphones

Wrecked my favorite pair of headphones over the weekend, really nice Sony ones. Got them about 8 months ago, and set me back about 30 euros. The ****-poor inner-ear spare ones I have don't compare. Just wondering if anyone on the board could recommend a good, solid pair I could spend my hard earned cash on, for my mp3 player and they'll have to take a hefty amount of abuse, I use it a lot, mainly walking and on long train journeys

I've a pair of Sony earphones. Had them for about 2 years now, no problems at all. Use them every day on the PC, and whenever I want to listen to the radio/CD when I'm out and about. Forget about paying anything over a tener for a set of headphones. I paid £6 for these, they can't be beat.
If you're looking for headphones, me brother's had a pair of Phillips ones he bought for £9 about a year ago, they're still doing the job despite them getting wet quite often.

Don't go paying mad amounts for headphones, just choose reliable brands and you're grand.
