A home game would be nice but not against a First Division team, playing each four times is bad enough without being drawn together in the cup.

My old team, pity I never stuck with them. They'll be a team of complete unknowns to League of Ireland fans, all local lads, but certainly won't be a pushover.

What weekend are these games on? I was watching the draw with sound off as John Giles was on, expected them to show the date when they gave the list of games at end. 3rd round is weekend of 27th May on the original list, is that a mistake and 2nd round is that weekend?

EDIT: Got it, May 27th yeah.

Same draw as last year for Pats. Likely switched to Richmond again

Some possible shocks on the cards with that draw. Wexford will do well to beat Douglas Hall and Dundalk will find it very tough against Sheriff YC. Longford get a sticky one as well with Cherry Orchard.
