    Duffer Back!

Some good news - Damien came on as sub in Chelski's win over Roma yesterday.

Yes he has came on just after the start of the second half
in the Milan match (early morning Tuesday 3/8/04 which I am
listen to in a yahoo chat room, some American guy commentating on it,
    who has it on TV).
I don't think he was on for very long in the Roma match.
Duff seems to be doing OK as far as I can ascertain, I doubt he is
    match fit though.

Score was 2:1 Chelsea when Duff came on, I think it is 2:2 now
but I have lost my connection.
    Yep 2:2.

Milan winning 3:2 now 87'th min free kick, so I don't think
that makes Duffs contribution look too effective I guess.

I saw the game over here on TV, Duffer did ok for his first game back. Now all we have to do is wrap him up in cotton wool for the next 4-5 weeks or so.
Nice to see the rent-a-team get beaten though.
"Jacques Santini...will be greeted in every dugout of the country by "one-nil, one-nil" - Clive Tyldsley, 89th minute of France-England June 13, 2004.
"Ooooohhhh Nooooooo" Bobby Robson 91st minute.
