A Shamrock Rovers fan will know in future not to arrive late after he was left red faced in the early stages of Rovers' comfortable victory against Carrick United at Richmond Park.
With Carrick wearing green and white hoops,the fan in question saw a player in blue heading home a left wing cross,and proceeded to remonstrate with Rovers ' manager Liam Buckley.
However,as he was being led away,it was pointed out that his side were playing in blue and that it was Trevor Molloy who got on the end of Keith Doyle's cross to give the Premier Division side a 17th minute lead
