As Liam says, a sad loss. I thought he was a few years older.
Bertie PEacock died of a heart attack in the early hours of this morning at Belfast hospital. He was 75 and had undergone a hip-replacement.
Bertie played 31 times for Northern Ireland, played for Glentoran and played 450 times for Celtic including being part of the youngest ever Celtic side to win the Scottish cup, winning the Coranation cup in 1953 and captaining Celtic in their famous 7-1 win over Rangers.
Rest in Peace Bertie.

They're red, they're black
The hatchetmen are back.
We'll support you evermore
Though you never score...
R.I.P. Bertie
Where am I now? I'm over here,
I've got those empty pockets and I can't afford a beer.
Condolences to Berties family and friends.
" I wish to God that someone would be able to block out the voices in my head for five minutes, the voices that scream, over and over again: "Why do they come to me to die?"
