Saxo Tinkoff get their license so Roche will be in the World Tour next year. Katusha surprisingly relegated. Can't say I feel very sorry for them. But do they really have more ethical issues than Astana or Saxo? Hard to fathom.

Dunno if its ethical. I think katusha make a rider sign a contract that states they owe the team all their wages paid if caught doping. Something's up anyway
