What has caught your eye this year?
These are some of the tunes I've liked over the year and before you point out it's all commercial rock - I know and don't care
No massive stand out songs this year for me, but I'm really liking Lisa Hannigans new song Knots.

Along with the 3 songs I put here my other favourite songs of the year have included:
Future Islands- On the Water from the album On the Water. They really can do no wrong.
Lana Del Rey- Video Games from the Album Lana Del Rey. Not gonna bother with a link cos ye have heard it a million times.
And a song I heard last week which made me nearly convulse at the thought of the super bassline contained within...
