Mods, lock the thread. He's finished.
My thoughts and prayers are with James at this difficult time.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Thanks for everything James, can't believe your gone so soon.
Hard news to take in the immediate aftermath of David Connolly's retirement.
We are with you James
Regular meetings with Crowe, Jason Byrne, Coyle, Joe Lapira, Joe Gamble to help you cope with this terrible disease.

Yeah man, they call gambling a disease, but it's the only disease where you can win a bunch of money.
There'll be a candle-lit vigil in St Eugene's Cathedral tomorrow night, with many Derry fans making their way from the Brandywell in a show of support to our stricken James.
Let's hope for a miracle. He needs one.
Ou-est le Centre George Pompidou?
Murfinator is an ill-informed wum, but he has a point. I think skstu as well has mentioned this in the past, expect second season syndrome. Coleman has proved he is a good player after he suffered the ill-fated disease ( along with injuries ) but he has responded well this season thus far.
It will be interesting to see how McClean does after this season. As so far he has suffered from second season syndrome - but its still early days. I think he will be found out though. Perhaps he can become a good left-back!!!
I'm a bloke,I'm an ocker

Our thoughts and ex-players are with you.
Between Tricky's Barcalona thread and the amount of replies he received, plus the sarcasm oozing here, it just goes to show what a slow news week it's been!
Eugene Ferry to move in with James to keep him in check according to RTE!

I seem to recall Jimmy Five Bellies was supposed to provide some similar function for Paul Gascoigne. That worked out well and fine.
" I wish to God that someone would be able to block out the voices in my head for five minutes, the voices that scream, over and over again: "Why do they come to me to die?"
it must b a windup. what the hell can mccleans missus be thinking
She's thinking ... Robert Brady.
Did I miss something??? Has he done something bonkers in last month apart from Twitter stuff? His form isn't spectacular you could say that about alot of Sunderland players???
He must be really off the walls if Eugene Ferry is gonna be his mentor
For once maybe someone will call me "sir" without adding "you're making a scene."
This is embarrassing for the lad.
Can you imagine what he'd be like if he did drink?
