I didn't get that from the comments. i think he was just saying he needs to focus more in training. Young players probably get bored at times.
Or else he will hang him upside down in the town square along side his mistress.
Strange. I don't think McClean has ever been thought of as lazy before. If anything, his determination has been commended by previous managers under whom he's played. Stephen Kenny always had great things to say about his driven nature; in fact, he was warned not to over-train when at Derry.

I wouldn't take Di Canio's comments so literally.
He's coming into a relegation threatened team, naturally everybody has to work harder. Di Canio has to squeeze them. Probably if asked about any player he would say similar, 'he's good but he has to do better'.
If Di Canio wasn't satiisfied with McClean's efforts he would have taken him off in the latter part of the game.
I'm sure there's a joke in there about needing to work harder on the right wing, but I won't be the one to make it. To the Daily Mail!
Except that James is a left winger. Di Canio is a hard taskmaster when it comes to a left winger prancing down the wing doing tippy-tappy.
I note that James hasn't been sent over for a stint on the other side, since the Di Canio coup.
James back on twitter just in time for the England game...
*Edit* He's gone again, made to delete another account apparently...
Spotted that last night, but can't appear to find his account now. A short-lived revival...
It's his 24th birthday today, by the way.
Its whats called an Event based system geysir. Or a publish/subscribe(MV) in this case to be more precise.
So when a user publishes something or becomes active again a message is sent to the subscribers, in this case the written tweet.

Just feed me more VB,Just pour my beer,And get my smokes, And go away
It's safe to say, that's way outside the (qualitative) radar of my experience.
Ha, his account popped up in the "who to follow" suggestions bar. Of course, I acted upon it immediately but now feel awfully let down.
Sunderland Everton was the game on TV on Saturday morning over here and i meant to post here about the Irish lads but totally forgot.
I thought McClean was very good. It is actually the best i have seen him play at club level in terms of his overall game. I thought, as someone else said, he did very well defensively but i also thought he showed far more maturity in an attacking sense than i have seen before. He beat his man a couple of times and put in some crosses with varying success as is his trademark but he also received the ball deep and played a few clever through passes to an overlapping full back or inside to a striker. He impressed me. He wasnt flashy though, just solid. I preferred what i saw saturday to the headless chicken act i have seen a few times before.
O'Shea was a rock. Singled out for praise by the commentators. A couple of hoofs but did his job very well.
Gibson came off injured at half time (commentators said he has been carrying a strain over the last couple of months?) and didnt do too much in the first half but did look composed on the ball.
Coleman was a bit quieter than usual but again one of Evertons better players on a day when they were terrible.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Stu are you guys going to get every single EPL game next year In Canada like down here? First time ever. And its all on Basic Cable I believe.
No Somos muchos pero estamos locos.
We get every game up here already, almost none on basic cable though. If you have a cable box and subscribe to Sportnet One, Sportsnet West, Sportsnet World, TSN, and TSN2, you don't miss any matches. Many of the less glamorous ties are broadcast in sequence on same day tape delay after the live matches are over.
Yeah i mean i guess its extra though obviously. They have the package here too on most providers but this is going to be free, basically. NBC bought the rights and is starting 4 new channels or something to go with NBCS which right now shows the NHL and Rodeo. So along with the EPL the ratings will be through the roof .

This.
The only one I don't have is SNWL (used to be Setanta). This is the only one that shows Sunday games and FA Cup games. I dropped it last summer and never got it back. I just don't have enough time to justify shelling out for it. There is enough on the others to keep me entertained/"informed"...

Nice! Unfortunately up here we operate quite differently. ESPN for example is no allowed to be broadcast in Canada though we do get much of their programming through out own version, called TSN. There is no way that the CRTC would allow all of the matches to be broadcast free when Rogers have paid so much money to secure the rights.
I figured that. I see TSN on NHL net sometimes. Is there any way to get around not getting ESPN and other US channels in Canada? Could you get a dish if you wanted?
