I got a 1 ticket for the Spain game last night of the UEFA site.
I can be updated to just needing one ticket now, if that's allowed?
Just got tickets for the Spain game so you can take me off the list altogether. Neutrals can apply through the UEFA site but applications for the FAI's allocation opened today too for season ticket holders, etc. so it's not just the UEFA site.

Yep, one ticket is allowed alright. I've edited you.
Got sorted for the Spain game as well so you can take me off the list for that game as well please Stu. This UEFA site is great. I don't know what everyone is complaining about!
Lads, I got a Spain ticket last night and a Croatia ticket earlier in the week. I only need an Italy ticket now.
What time did you get the Spain ticket?
Judging by the masses of Ukraine tickets available all week I'd say the locals bought up all the tickets and are looking to flog them. They knew they couldn't flog the Ukraine ones for big prices so dumped them on the ticket portal. I'd say the chance of buying a ticket on the street over in Poland will be quite high.
That's what UEFA get for selling tickets to matches before the fixtures are known. A truly insane practise.
Is the ticket portal not, as per the other thread, selling tickets not bought by locals?
Hence the dearer ones being available and more in the Ukraine.
And UEFA/FIFA have always, wrongly, sold their tickets this way for as long as I can recall.
My understanding is that it's a resale portal for people who want to get rid of tickets they are not interested in. If you applied for a match in Warsaw and it turns out to be Poland-Greece then you can sell your tickets if you are not interested.
Ireland tickets seem hard to come by. The punters may have copped on to the fact that they can get rid of them for more than face value. Difficult to get rid of Ukraine-Sweden tickets though, so the punters dump those on the official portal to be shot of them.
To be fair though, plenty of tickets have now come up for the 3 IRL games over the last 10 days. ESP game was a bit a slower but the last few days has seen fans start to get sorted with these as well - as above posts point out and plenty on ybig successful. Not as many tickets as fans looking but I dont think anyone will be without tickets when it comes to KO time.
I thought you were off the drink Ronnie?
"No, I drink to help me mind my own business....can I get you one? (c) Ronnie Drew
Wanted: 2 tickets for Spain and 2 tickets for Italy game.
Thanks
You can take me off the list thanks, managed to get tickets to all 3 games. Shame they're cat 1 but hopefully I'll manage to pick up cheaper ones closer to the summer. Might also have two cat 1 tickets for the Italy game going, will post back here if that is the case.
And you ask me to help you??!! Man is evil!!!! Capable of nothing but destruction!
I got Italy tickets on uefa portal, not cheap but thems the breaks.
I still need spain ones if possible
Hi, can I [lease be put on the list for 2 for Croatia game and 2 for Spain game??
Cheers!
can you put me on list for 2 tickets italy game?
I can be removed from the list for Croatia tickets, still looking for two Spain and Italy.
I have one spare for Croatia. For now Id ideally like to exchange it plus the difference in cash for two for Spain or Italy, so if anyone fits that description, let me know. Thanks.
The idea I think, is to get the travel agents and neutrals fixed up, before the games are known. UEFA do the same for their club finals. Last year, 6,000 tickets were made available exclusively to us Irish for the UEFA Cup Final, even though we wouldn't have a LOI representative in the final.Originally Posted by brine3
Selling tickets to neutrals works better in Africa/Asia/South America tournaments, where distances to travel are vast, and cash available is scarce, but it doesn't work quite so well in Europe. The Heysel disaster was caused in part, by making a "neutral" area available for locals, tickets were bought by fans of both sides, from them. Both clubs pointed it out to UEFA beforehand, but nothing was done, and we saw what happened on the night.

I got Italy tickets on the portal back in December. The tickets have gone into the "my tickets" section on the portal and my account has been debited the cost of the tickets but I never received a confirmation email. Is anyone in a similar situation?
