Trap's statement after training on Thursday - it's funny how his English is perfect when he is talking about the weather at the start

    That's brilliant at the start.

Nearly four years down the line I still can't get my head around the idea that that man is our coach.
    Getting super giddy now.

Yeah, me too. Just the fact that the papers are full of the BIG again is brilliant.

Just as long as it's not another Saipan.

I'm beginning to get butterflies. Only 33,699 minutes to go now.

I think the weather is the only thing I remember from doing Irish and French in school. "Tá scamaill sa spéir. Tá sé ag cur báistí." "Le soleil brille sur tout le monde." etc.

An bhfuil cead agam ag dul go dti an leithris?

Ta ocras orm. I really am lucky someone is preparing something for me now.

I still think Traps grasp of english is better than he lets on at times. But i also think that Trap is one of those people who likes to be very precise, maybe somewhat OCD(or CDO), and his mind races so quickly that he gets conflustered and it doesn't help him make his point as he wishes.

I reckon Trap could give you directions to the train station in almost perfect English

Why does the educational system think that you just end up in the middle of a city from nowhere? Surely you got there either via the airport or train station already so why would be asking for it in the first place?

Get that from where did you?

That's just given me a flashback to the night of the 1-1 v Estonia and the whole of the downstairs at RíRá got in a big circle and sang the Gary Breen song. Amazing.

    Some good Irish t-shirts here

I'd prefer a green Richard Dunne one with the IRON CURTAIN logo instead

The Gary Breen one is quality alright, next best is probably the Subbuteo one. The Godfather one is good too but not great for the bit of colour!

I don't think he used the best tin whistle at his disposal there. Shocking performance and downright ugly playing. Overrated to say the least.

Did you ever notice that in every painting of Adam & Eve, they have belly buttons. Think about that...take as long as you want.
