Gamble has come to limerick with alot of experience i watched him against mons and when limerick went two goals down on the 90th min he got a red card i am not sure what ban he got but what mentality did he show.

Hes on more than a thousand euros hes a senior international they came back from England where he could have went to a premier league of Ireland club if he wanted, do you think shane tracey could play left full i dont think he is quick enough for a wide player.

Id love to see Shane play left full never thought he was quick or tricky enough to be a winger... Would be solid at left back and we would have his threat from set pieces too.

99.9% sure he is on a good bit less than 1,000euro.

Tracey has played left full before too. As an attacking fullback I think it would suit him

I heard that Ian Bermingham wont be staying at Pats good left back that has worked with Scully before would definitely be worth looking at imo.

I would love to see jason byrne playing up front with behan , he is in hes 30s but holds experience he would skate through 1st division.

The two of them might be very similar though. Both big strong lads with not that much pace. We'd have two internationally capped players in our team if we did sign him which would be mad when you think about it.

Ian Birmingham would be a very good signing.

Think Byrne would want too much money for someone we dont even really need imo.

Heard Birmingham is signing for Mons now though.

Why would it be mad having two capped players on the side, byrne played up front with crowe who wasnt the fastest and that worked.

Conor Kavangh played left full with Blackburn, would be a perfect fit.

Not mad as in stupid just mad to think limerick would have two capped Irish players in the team. Wouldn't have said that a few years ago. Byrne would have had a bit more pace back then. I'd like to see him sign but would be more likely he would sign for bohs or Shels I'd say. He might even stay where he is.

If Kavanagh can play left full aswell I'd like to see him sign. I'd like to see him sign regardless but again if he has no interest there is no point in trying to sign him.

I watched conor kavangh twice this year and he didnt look like he would improve the present team, he wasnt playing left full in either game but i was not impressed at all.

Looks like he's heading back to Athlone according to an interview with Mike Kerley that was posted on another thread yesterday.
