Councillor Anne Ferris, Cathaoirleach of Bray Town Council, will open Rocky's Roost, the first ever Junior Supporters Club Room in the eircom League, at the Carlisle Grounds on Friday 16 July at 6.15pm.

Club mascot Rocky the Seagull will be there to rule the roost and Guido de Clown, Ireland's World Cup clown, some of the players and a lot of young fans will share in the fun.

The Bray Wanderers Junior Supporters Club was founded almost three years ago to get children involved in their local soccer club.

Sponsored by Councillor Ferris, it has proved a huge success with a current membership of well over a hundred boys and girls; the youngest, just six months old, will attend the historic opening.

After the celebrations it will be back to the serious business of supporting the Seagulls as Bray Wanderers take on Finn Harps in a vital promotion game in eircom League First Division, kick off 7.45pm.

Please contact Bray Wanderers Development Officer Brian de Salvo on 086 163 3277 for further details.
