Killarney Celtic are the current Munster Champions Cup holders, Castleisland reached the last 16 of the FAI Junior Cup last season as did Dingle Bay Rovers this season while St Brendans Park reached the 1/4 final off the Munster Junior Cup this season. Along with this the Oscar Traynor team have reached the final this year after failing at the semi-final stage last year. I will not dispute that Tralee Dynamos have some fantastic players but its not the league who has punished them to play in Division 1B, It was at the request off Tralee Dynamos that they be droped to this division as they team they left in the Kerry league found it too hard to compete in the higher division's. At The moment they are going to Gain Promotion to division 1A but when You look at there cup runs in kerry they have crasshed out twice in the first round. Firstly to St Brendans Park off the Premier Division in the Munster Junior Cup and then the Ballonagh Fc (From division 2A) in The Greyhound bar Cup . I know that they are the obious choice to replace Tralee celtic in the Premier A division but i dont see teams in higher divisions than Dynamos at the moment agreeing to it easily.. Only time will tell.
