Just in case you're looking for the manager of the month awards for this season, Sean Connor has won it every month for single handedly masterminding the worst ever run of a team in League of Ireland history.
I have this for 2006, but looking to fill the gap. Can't find July anywhere...
April - Paul Keegan - Drogheda United
May - Jason Gavin - Drogheda United
June - Paul McTiernan - Sligo Rovers
July
August - Kevin Deery - Derry City
September - Darren Kelly - Derry City
October - Philip Hughes - Dundalk
November - Roy O'Donovan - Cork City
Loads of Derry there for you...

I know Derek Glynn was never exactly unselfish as a player but suggesting that he played for himself in 2007 is a bit harsh.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
Couple of mistakes in the 2006 list. here's the correct one
March - Paul Keegan - Drogheda United
April - Jason Gavin - Drogheda United
May - Pat McCourt - Derry City
June - Paul McTiernan - Sligo Rovers
July - Joseph Ndo - Shelbourne
August - Kevin Deery - Derry City
September - Darren Kelly - Derry City
October - Philip Hughes - Dundalk
November - Roy O'Donovan - Cork City
And apologies to Galway fans. Apparently Glynn's win in 2007 was their first since Paul McGee in 2006

UNfortunately, it very much is like me...
Anyway, Mcgee won his award in 1986, but then you all knew that

Jay McGuinness has won all our POTMs since March.
Sorry, my mistake. Doherty was December 2001.

Would be great to put all of them together footage wise ... to get an idea of the quality
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
