Dodge, it only reverted to the blue ye've been seeing since I upgraded to vB3. I didn't even know it was blue for ye, it's been green for me all along.
It has nothing to do with City. Foot.ie was green while City was still playing in red.

Director is reserved for the administrators/owners; Manager is reserved for supermods. You should see Director below my handle, and Manager below pete's?

How about "Member of the Board" instead of director, and management instead of manager?
with all the changes why can't you be ADMIN and the mods- MODS and the supermods -SUPERMODS Nor REFS) and leave the mere mortals (the users) have something to aim for........
