ive been to the tour in france so you can expect very heavy traffic in the charleroi area (including roads blocked off etc).
factor this into your travel plans.
btw it will be from charleroi on monday to namur so it will be busy monday as well !!!!!!.

lads, its a much bigger show when its on the continent mainland.the parade of vehicles giving out the freebies before the race goes through is about 5 times as big.it went through cork a couple of years ago. best 8 seconds of my life

After international fame at 2004 i wonder will CCFC make le Tour tv coverage...if you had the time to check out the race its a fantastic spectacle
you could all meet up at the finish/start in charleroi and then you would be guarenteed to be on eurosport.what a sight that would be
