Seriously though, great night. Shels were very dangerous first half and could have had 2 or 3. Goals came at the right time for city in the first half and they totally bossed the second and they could have had more than 4. Shels looked weak from corners and their keeper is poor. Cummins dominated their centre half (no. 4) so much that he was hauled ashore.

    Great night.
Our keeper was poor tonight along with a number of others who did not show up. Dean Delaney is definitely not poor though. Best keeper in the division who just had an absolutely shocking night.

You have to finish fourth to not go up and I'm afraid that's not going to happen unfortunately. There would be little funnier than seeing Shels implode from here to fourth*, but we all have to face up to reality.

*Seeing Bohs lose to Galway again would be one these things.

Tell all the Bohs you know
that we've gone and won two-in-a-row
and it's not gonna be three
and it's not gonna be four
it's more likely to be 5-1.

You'd never expect Davin (no. 7) to score here, surely the keeper dives on it. But alas no.

Impossible to call that on a still-frame photo where you can't judge the pace of the ball or anything. Deano is a class act and has been the number 1 man in the joint stingiest defensive record in the league

We will, he can have his First Division champions medal at the end of the season to console him on his poor performance tonight.

You can keep hoping. How do you feel about the prospect of returning to Dublin's 4th club next season since we're focusing on the number 4?

I was behind the goal..it was an empty net. The photo is at a bad angle.

when we played shels in tolka this year they went one up in about five minutes so we had no choice than to go at them and we went on to win scoring three so yes they can wither a little when you put them under the cosh.
but they will always score goals and thats what will get them promoted.
I wish i did not know then what I dont know now

Yet we're still 7 points ahead of you and everyone and odds on to win the title. Think I'll take our situation over yours. Enjoy your 1 party night of the season though.

Sorry, but Dean Delany is most definitely not the best keeper in the league. I'd rate our own Ciaran Gallagher higher than him and he's only 19.

Um, do I? Why indeed do I? Dean Delany is not all that special at all.

Four flattered Shelbourne last night, should have been 7 or 8.

I was behind the goal too and I thought the keeper was favourite for that ball but he was too slow.
