MOD in power trip shock

While I have no problem with inane rantings being moved to the bin, when a mod bins a thread for no other reason then his own superstition (Cork city v NEC) then it's time to wonder about peoples egotistical sense of self importance

Sorry James, But I have to agree with this.

It might be tempting fate, and it might leave us with egg on our faces were we to be knocked out, but since the away game versus NEC Nijmegen would be on saturday week, with many not arriving back from Malmo until early Tuesday AM, I don't see anything wrong with starting a thread on NEC (the club, the region, the flights etc) so people will have a starting point should we win.

It'll be enough of a scramble as it is without losing a source of info for the fans

I moved it ok. Only realised after the move that couldn't leave comment on thread cos was then in rubbish...

Of course now we'll know who to blame if ye jinx it

Not that i'm superstitious or anything
