Most non-league teams are only back training over the last week or two. Its not really fair to ask them to play against professional/semi-pro teams so early on in their season. But thats the FAI for you

The twenty-two league clubs were joined by ten from outside the two divisions.

Tough. You can hardly slag off the FAI for that. In any event these teams finished their season a month ago, had the first round of this competition and knew they were in this draw so if they are only starting totrain for it now then that's their look out.
