For anyone doing the road trip, here are some of the average petrol & diesel prices you should expect;
Holland
Petrol 1.25 cent per liter
Diesel 0.85 cent per liter
Belgium
Petrol 1.06 cent per liter
Diesel 0.80 cent per liter
Prices quoted from AA Roadwatch
Also the Tour de France travels from Liege to Charleroi on Sunday 4th July.

Just got more info on Tour de France........the "Caravane" is expected in Charleroi at about 16.00, with the race leaders expected about 1hr 20mins later.
