Your Prediction of 1st Leg NEC vs Cork City

What scoreline do you predict for the first leg? NEC (home) on left, Cork (away) on Right e.g. selecting 0-1 means Cork win by 1 goal to nil.

Went for 1-1 myself, which would set us up nicely for next weekend.

In fairness, how can anybody make an informed prediction? We know feck all about the Dutch League, NEC, their players or anything. It is, IMO, more of an unknown quantity that Malmo.

As for my hope. Well, I just hope the tie is still alive come Sunday morning. Even a 2-0 defeat wouldnt be the end of the world. But as they have only just begun pre-season, ill go for 0-0.

well i watch eurogoals religiously and have been to a dutch league match.

dutch league isnt too bad. its way better than belgium for instance.

last year NEC were in the UEFA cup. Lost both matchs to wisla krakow 2-1.

i have no idea of the r esult

I would like to see us get an away goal anyway .... i went for 2:1 to us as that would be a great result for us to go back to the cross with.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
