    Limerick0-1 Derry
    Limerick 1-3 Cork
    Limerick 1-0 Shelbourne.
    Limerick 0-0 Waterford
    Limerick 1-1 Mons
    Limerick 0-1 Derry
    Limerick 1-3 Cork
    Limerick 0-1 Shelbourne
    Limerick 0-0 Cork
    Limerick 0-3 Shels
    Limerick 0-2 Mons.

Thats basically his record in the last 2 years against the top teams. So sadly after supporting him all year i think it time for him to go.

Every year he makes stupid changes out of nowhere for big games Brosnan in form and playing well not starting but the complete waster who hasnt been in a squad for a month now comes into starting line up all of a sudden.
Then a left back comes on centre mid instead of a very good central midfielder.

The players dont listen to him as O Connor was meant to be left wing but just strolled into the centre standing there offering no help leaving Frost all alone.

Time for him to go now imo.

Edit: When you actually look at that record its a disgrace.

He should have gone back ini may when his system was shown up by a poor monaghan team and outragous substitutions. The story then was "but if we get rid of him who will we get?theres no one out there" now it seems its theres only ten games left so theres no point in changing him.
First game in the markets field next year in DIVISION ONE SOUTH.....Limerick Fc Vs FC Carlow
The way i see it panning ut is

away to a poor Waterford United (L)
    Away to finn Harps (L)
    Home to salthill (W)
    Away to Cork City (D)
    Home toLongford Town (W)
    Away to Shelbourne (D)
    Home to Wexford Youths (D)
    Away to mervue (W)
    Home to Athlone Town (W)
    Away to Monaghan United (L)
    Home to Waterford United (W)

Yup I have supported Scully since he came in but there is only so many times you can make the same mistakes and not pay the price. Fair enough if it was hard to see what is going wrong but it is so blatant it makes me sick.

At this stage it isn't even a case of who could replace him, any half decent manager/coach should be able to see whats going wrong.

When should I send in my CV lads cause I honestly think I wouldn't make as many silly mistakes as Scully has been making.

Also that record above is shocking reading and tells the story really. Lost 7 games to top teams and only managed to win 1 at home. 1 bloody game out of 11.

on paper we have a good squad its just his poor tactics and formations that infuriate me.last night the team looked shapeless again. We easily have the players to go with 442 which at home at least is what we should be doing.Every home game he goes out with a negative approach.Their only so much of this crap we can take.

Team selection, formation and tactics (at home) are Scullys only weakpoints, other than that he's done a fine job!

The time has come for him to go. Money like we have been spending needs rapid results in what is a poor division. His tactics are questionable, to say the least.

p.s Keep this football related. No personal attacks on Scully or players please.

I have always supported him, but this division is not a paticularly strong one, with the resources he has, the backing he has enjoyed, we should be able to win against those sides competing with us for promotion, not every time, but some of it, but instead we are seeing the opposite, a big league game at home almost invariably means a loss and it destroys momentum and attendances have to be rebuilt again after each one, only for the cycle to repeat each time.

I am not there at each game so wont call for him to go as I dont feel its fair as I havent seen the games with my own eyes, however, information on here and results are making me doubt if he will correct these faults, and without their being corrected, we will remain in this division. I would still like him to prove doubters wrong, but it seems a bit less likely after each home game lost against those around us in the table.

Hendos only plus is his assistant martin cambridge. First up scully (2) farmer and sheil have to go. who in? Liam Buckley, Mick Kerley, Willie Boland, Tommy Barrett, Derick McCarthy or any combination of someone with a min A licence, a brain, communication skills, doesnt sign tons of reserve players from another era from his previous club etc.

POS said at the thomond park presentation that we have the best manager in the league. He also seams like he values stability so I can't see any changes being made for the run in. Only advantage is we don't have the top teams at home anymore so maybe it won't matter.

I agree, haven't been to a lot of games, but Pat O'Sullivan seems like a business man, so if he decides Scully stays then surely he knows what he's doing. I'm neither for or against him, but I think changing the manager this close to the end of the season isn't going to improve things in any way, not when they have to settle in, and change the whole philosophy of the team and club.

big budget ,big squad, massive support from the chairman our manager, coaching team are nearing judgement day ,have to say wouldn,t have any great faith in the managers sidekicks,he himself though could lead from the front by not seeking the santuary of the dugout when his team go behind.

Wouldnt go near any of them now wouldnt be the time to bring in someone with no expeience at all. At the end of the season yes but im talking about if Scully was to go tomorrow dont think inexperience at this stage of the season would be smart.

And dont want Kerley near the club ever and you know why that is surprised you even mentioned him.

I just said Hendo as it would be able to be done quickly as he is out of the job.

Not that it matters as Scully will be going nowhere.

    The answer

and i dont mean to be smart here. Sean Connor is a good manager, is in the complete wrong place at the wrong time where he is. I wouldnt rule him out if any vacancy comes up at Limerick

Liam Buckley would be the obvious choice for me anyway. I reckon he'd take us up if he was given the reigns now. Good manager with bags of experience who plays good football. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think we'll go up under Scully. We need to kick on and start winning most games now but I fear we may go the opposite way and start to regress. When a manager is at a club 3+ seasons and there's no marked improvement it's time to say adios I'm afraid!

When you played us up in Monaghan you should have beaten us off the park but a lack of confidence let us of the hook. Only point I would make is if you lads have little faith in scully then how does the players feel
