Hartnett has no loyalty whatsoever, cant understand all the moving of players between clubs, maybe Hartnett is joining his pal Gavin OShea who is now with Fairview, just wondering is Gavin fit again after injury in pike match?

by your reasoning if a club does not win the FAI, their season is considered a bad season.i dont how long the fai junior cup has been played for, nor how long limerick teams are competing for it, but bar 10 seasons all the clubs in limerick have had bad seasons by you reasoning..... you really do represent all that is wrong with the so called supporters of clubs in junior football.
P.S. just a quick word to complement Pike Rvs on their win last sunday, well deserved and well done to all involved for the respect shown for our club and its facilities...a pleasure not having to tell people to do the obvious..
best of luck in your defense of the fai.

you could say that about 90% of the premier players nowadays.
he did not start their biggest match of the season so far,and with more players coming to pike(apparently),he probably decided to move to play regular football.i could be wrong, but did he not play for pike for the last 7 season's???
it can make it very easy to be loyal when your playing all the time in a successful team.
you only have so long of a career,so you make the most of it
good addition for fairview though, and happy to see him up there

not 100% sure, but as far as i know he is transferring,or has transferred, to kildimo . ryan would be number one choice on the prem. side, and some very good keepers coming through in the not to distant future.
he never left fairview down in the couple of seasons he played with us
nice guy,and if true wish him all the best

cheers leather and best of luck to ye for rest of season aswel, agree with you on the junior cup point ,if you take the view out of it in recent years limerick has an abysmal record in it,yes every team aspires to win it but realism has to come into play aswel

With Janesboro going so well how is it that Fairview managed to sign the lads from the Tipp league, surely Janesboro this season would have been a better option or can they just not compete for players with Pike and View?

Well they did sign ogorman from tipp and also a few more so they can compete alright, and also Colbert from athlone a former pike player,so don't see your reasoning why they can't compete, also a lad from abbeyfeale,so what's your point tipp top?

so are you saying they have signed for fairview because they were guaranteed OT matches - didn't think the lure of playing OT was that strong and after all Tipp have been just as strong as limerick the last few years. Have only seen barnes once and he looks good and from what I have heard Ryan played amateur international last year. Maybe these lads weren't made the right offer early enough.

not too sure what you saying here HT,pike are full of ex league of ireland players and i dont think they can be selected for regions cup held recently, they can be selected for the other competition the quadrangulars and was,n hartnett in the last one.there might have been even another pike player in that but i couldn,t be sure.

Read my post,my point was that surely the 2 lads should have signed for Boro if they were not going to go to Pike and then i asked the question about competing to see was there some reason unknown to me as to why they didnt sign with Boro
