Not as close as I was hoping. Figured I'd get more if a Rovers nostalgia vote having Coad in the team.

Lawrenson, Givens, Ronnie Whelan and Andy O Brien. A lot of personalities there I personally really, really don't like which doesn't help the cause. =p

That said the likes of Fahey, Long and Clark are really selections of no major international merit so far in their career. Giles, Townsend and Stan are legends however but its not enough, EAFC my reluctant pick.

You shouldn't let punditry and subsequent coaching careers(Givens) cloud your judgement! Lawrenson, Givens and Whelan all had fine careers for Ireland with the Liverpool lads winning a ton of stuff there.

Bonnieshels has a fine central midfield pair but his attack leaves a lot to be desired. I'm more of an old timer so I'd have to go for EAFC's fine selection of former greats.
