I certainly can't remember it. The only thing that comes close to it for me was us winning 6-0 up in Monaghan around Christmas time in the mid 90s

What about the 6-0 tonking of Drogheda last year? Was it Richie Ryan that scored first? Wonder-strike and piece of individual skill at Railway End that kick-started Rovers 2010 in earnest.
With Blinkhorn on song, Doyle scoring, Raf popping up with goals here and there, and young McGoldrick ready for the fray -- it looks like Rovers have now a bit of quality and depth.
We're top of the league , The semi's of the League Cup , 4th Round of the FAI Cup and 3rd Qualifying Round of the Europa League and we just thrashed Galway United 8-0 away from home. Things are going pretty good![]()
There's no way we can win all four of those trophies. He's setting us up for too much disappointment - Cook must go.
"Even if the wind stops to blow
Even if the sea ceases to flow
Even if the sun ceases to rise
The name of Sligo Rovers will shine and shine forever like the morning star glittering in the sky."
Good one. The next two months are huge in terms of make-or-break.
If Rovers win the league will Cook-ie leave? Get English job? Or hold on with the side he has built up over the last three years and enjoy another crack at Europe.
Blessed to have him - greatest manager Rovers ever had.
Nice one. As Rosanna would put it OMG. Dear old Don. Sligo's loss is certainly the People's Republic's gain!
