How would you expect the junior football to be anything else when all the top players are playing in the MSL,some fellas on this saying the top MSL sides would strugle in the AUL premier and the top AUL teams would hold their own in the MSL premier, seriously what are some of you smoking?

So El nino what would you compare the AUL premier to? MSL first division? Second division? Munster Junior League premier?

Mid-bottom table in the 1st division MSL and little chance of promotion!

i would think el nino that kinsale at their best, and leeside wilton ,would survive in munster senior league premier, they woud definately beat any of the two teams that are at bottom of msl premier now,and who are odds on for relegation again even at this early stage.

I wudnt think any of the teams above would get out of the 1st division let alone be given the chance to see can they survive in the premier!

So based on your point above and your earlier post where you said mid to bottom in the first division then your logic would suggest any of the top 5 or 6 sides in the first divsion would win the AUL premier. Could you tell us who the current top 6 in the 1st division is?
Just curious to get a direct comparison of the teams involved

Bandon Castleview Fermoy Ucc and Carrigaline are all superior teams to the likes of wilton leeside and kinsale imo!

Ya probably stronger overall but not much at the same time. Would suggest the three AUL teams quoted above would be competitive in the MSL first division

We've played 3 of those 5 teams mentioned in friendlies in last few years and can't remember us losing. Friendlies I know but that's all we can base it on.

el nino your hopping from the aul site to the senior league site every second ,make your mind up ,or wake up more like.i dont normally agree with sharpshooter but his wilton and the other two i mentioned would hold their own with a lot of they bottom half off the msl premier. look its rockmount and avondale and maybe douglas hall.,but the corrinthians team and the leeds sides near the bottom would not have it easy against any of the aul sides.you said bandon would beat any of them ,sur they are made up of a lot of former aul players ex kinsale etc..

I agree that leeds are a very poor premier side and i have no doubt they will go down but if corinthians played any of the 3 aul sides mentioned 20 times the junior teams wouldnt win once!

so wilton, leeside, and kinsale wouldnt beat corrinthians ,i beg to differ nino but they would.the difference between the top teams in senior league and the bottom is huge and top aul teams would match the bottom teams.

Would rank Springfield and Killumney too. Park when GAA not on will do well & Blarney St on paper

I dont know who you are or what you have done football wise in Cork but name your medals and honours, because i for one am sick to death of you and others putting down the AUL ,OSCAR TRAYNOR TEAM without even knowing if ye can cross ye're legs. For all we know ye are fellas on the sideline for most of yer lives but good waterboys!!! I might be wrong but if i know good players they wouldnt talk such s..t!!! So if i wanted to hear fellas slate players better than them i would be jamie redknapps biggest fan !! bottom line shut your mouth or show the medals!!!!

Wilton played Ucc in the Mardyke earlier this season and matched them very well, probably should have won, i think wilton, kinsale and leeside, maybe Killumny would have the ability to compete with senior league 1 teams. i think we ll all agree that a league with ucc, bandon, fermoy, carragaline and castleview with top 5 aul teams would make a far more interseting league than the present aul premier and the present senior league 1.
