silly me i posted in the old thread - So southsider you think not many players in the AUL panel would get in an MSL premier senior side? Were Casement seniors in the Premier of the MSL??/ I think not so why do you think 6 or 7 of ye're squad should be in the AUL panel if they too werent good enough for premier MSL???

I personally thought both teams played ball albeit Kilumney tried to play the long diaginal pass over the full backs head a bit too much.
I thought Killumney played the better football but this is a forum & people do have different opinions. That's what makes it interesting. I disagree with you on the long diagonal pass comment because I personally thought Killumney tried to get it down as often as possible where as Leeside kept playing the ball in over the full backs for their wingers or strikers to chase. At the end of the day it was a fantastic game for the neutral & I must admit that Sunday's AOH battle between Wilton & Killumney should be a cracker.

In my opinion we would have won by more if delea didnt see red. it will always be a tough place to go but overrated players always leave you down.
Hope that last sentiment in ur post, does come back to haunt ye next May!!!

For a start i said 5 freddie so if your quoting people get the facts right and as i said i think there good enough to be on the panel plain and simple. I honestly think there isnt many who would be good enough to get in to any Senior Premier teams besides Leeds no offence.

The Hall were 2-0 up at half time and well worth it aswell but we came out after half time and battered them for 45mins getting 1 goal back but couldnt get the equaliser. we hit the bar in the first half and had there keeper pull off a great save late on. We had 16 corners. 12 in the 2nd half so we thought we deserved something.

"Be it Niall O Reagen or whoever is helping him out this year they should get to more games and especially outside of Premier starting this weekend with Casement and Douglas Hall. With Casement Seniors folding this year there will be no fewer then 7 players who would be still playing Senior First Division had the Club got its act together. Even if 1 player was good enough (which there is and more) then it was a worthwhile trip out. I bet if the 7 players im talking about went to Wilton Kinsale etc etc then there would be at least 5 of them on it.... "

Opps southsider silly me again - didnt really read it 100%
So Southsider will you tell me how a Div2 Aul side with upto 7 senior players from last year in it cant beat Douglas Hall a 1st div Aul team with NO AUL PANELISTS ON IT??

    BOHEMIANS 3-2 RATHCOOLE ROVERS A.E.T

Exciting finish to this game in the Fairfield this morning getting the winner in the last 2 mins of the 2nd half of extra time.......
Started well enough could have been 2 up after the first 15 mins only for a couple of missed chances from our strikers but went 1 nil down after 20mins against the run of play
It got a lot worse after 30 mins when Rathcoole went 2 - 0 up after a cracker of a goal into the top corner.
We got back into the game when David Byrne got his head to a corner kick to pull one back just before the half.
Started like a train in the 2nd half made a couple of switches and it seemed to work when Donal Lyons nearly took the net of the posts after he smashed a great half volley into the roof of the net after 55 mins to make it 2-2
We seemed to sit back after that and Rathcoole could of made it 3-2 only for Paul Rea to clear of the line.Lost our keeper to injury in the 80 min so right back Mark Heaphy stepped in to help out.Richy O Hare came on for our injured keeper David Rea.
Extra time came and went we wer on top for must of it but didnt get that winner until the final 2 mins when Richy O Hare pounced on a mistake at the back and cooly slotted it home to give us that win and send us into the next round
WE ARE GOING UP I SAID WE ARE GOING UP!!!!! BOHS CHAMPIONS 1A 09/10

    DUNBAR CELTIC A 1 - 5 SPRINGFIELD A. AOH 2nd Round

Springfield in control from early-on, going one up within first 5mins. Really should have put game to bed then, but failed to convert, having majority of possesion and numerous chances to increase lead. Dunbar got back in the game with a penalty before half-time.
Second half was all one-way traffic!, scoring four more goals.

High scoring game for Kilreen on pitch next to us (7-0!, clean sheet with their GK sent off aswell!) - any report on this game K.C.?

Any further match reports lads, anything from Wilton, Carrigtwohill, Castelview, Blackstone & Blarney St camps on there (shock!?!) cup exits?
