Cork Amsterdam isnt really an option as return flights are all booked up on Sunday and monday. Looked at the option with Aer Lingus to Amsterdam, and the return flight is €249. Too expensive.

How far is Brussels from Nijmegen??

    www.ryanair.com

Flying at 6.30 on Saturday next from Dublin, arriving in Brussels at 9.05.
Hiring a car and driving the three hours north to Nijmegen. Match there and overnight.

Driving back to Brussels for the Sunday evening to Watch the Euro2004 final, stay there and flying out early on the monday leaving Brussels at 9.00am, in Dublin at 10.00am.
