I wasnt at the game but By all accounts they had a full team...had 6 r 7 subs to choose from. Athea began with 9 players, had a 10th player after 10 mins, switched the goalie mid way through the 1st half and found them selves 2-0 down at half time. killeaney missed a glorious chance after half time to go 3-0 up and that would have been game. Most have been a poor performance by them.

Any suggestions as to who'll come out of Desmond Cup semis, suprised to see Abbey lose to Glin the weekend, not the best preparation for a huge game against Broadford.
You'd have to favour Shannonside to come out in other side, although Rathkeale B will put it up to them.
Who'll win league cup between Shannonside and Broadford. Shannonside and rovers are the only teams to beat them this season. Should be a cracker. Shannonside beat them a few years ago in the final, if memory serves me, although alot of new signings on both sides since.
Ya should be a great game on friday night between two good footballing teams, i hear they are both missing a few players through injury, king and shannahan injured and might not be right for it,kelliher suspended for abbey with yellow cards,and quirke got injured playing gaa but should be ok.U would have to fancy broadford with the form there in.
Why are they so slow putting up the fixtures on the desmond league site?

Lads i was just reading the observer there, broadford will have to play there B team in cup as they have so many injuries!!! they surley dont expect anyone to believe that so why bother writing that tripe.
