Have Abbeyfeale ever won the desmond cup?, in the last 15 years say
I remember them winning it about 16 years ago beating adare in the final in rathkeale.
Killeaney can put pressure on carrig and rockhill with a local derby win over athea the weekend...it looks like it will go to the last day of the season..killeaney v rockhill to win division one. sayin that if carrig win their 2 games and rockhill lose to killeaney they will finish 3rd after holding top spot all year... interesting last few games in division one...

Shannonside 2 - 3 Glin Rovers
Glin Rovers had a good win last nite away to Shannonside, 3-0 up at half time with shannonside replying early in the second half with 2 quick goals one from a penalty. Glin Had several chances through out the game to increase there score but fully deserved their win. Pressure mounting on NCW Rovers and Kildimo after last night.. Glin Rovers seem to be a second half season team winning all the vital games.

Athea had only 10 players against Killeaney and only 9 at the start i believe. Shocking result for Killeaney especially considering they were 2-0 up at half time.
Credit to Athea for an extraordinary result. Big dent in Killeaneys promotion hopes
