Apparently we've now been seeded in the draw so the likelihood is we get an easier tie..unless we get Glentoran or Portadown which could be tricky..We could be dancing in the streets of T.N.S. yet..
THe UEFA site will be carrying the draw live tomorrow. Good luck to Bohs, Longford and Shels - hope you get easy draws !

Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
flippin hell - both teams could qualify in the UEFA cup. Look who EL teams could be playing!
Region North:
Llansantffraid Wal 0.769
Haverfordwest County Wal 0.769
Levadia Tallinn Est 0.549
Tallina VMK Est 0.549
Glentoran Nir 0.549
Portadown Nir 0.549
Etzella Ettelbrück Lux 0.494
F91 Dudelange Lux 0.494
B36 Torshavn Far 0.274
B68 Toftir Far 0.274
FC Vaduz Lie 0.660
If UEfA Stick to this formula it means no long eastern trips in the future for El clubs in the preliminary round. The tricky team would be Vaduz, believe it or not as they were involved in a promotion play-off to the swiss first division so they must be fairly handy. Llansantffraid are full time

thats the info on the seeded/nonseeded teams in the northen draw.
could be the first year ever that two irish teams in the same competition win a round.
im sure bohs are well capable of beating any of those teams. longford may struggle with the irish league teams but im sure they can do it.
what are the odds on an all-ireland affair in both ties, remember pats and shels drawing celtic and rangers, would not surprize me.
the northen draw must be the easiest draw out of the lot of them.
well done uefa, giving the little team a chance, no more bronby or swedish teams.
ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaa did you just say rovers can play football ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaa
The top half of the Swiss first is handy enough, but the success of Basle gives the league game there a gloss it doesn't deserve, the lower leagues are poor quality and poorly attended, either Longford or Bohs should have a shot against them.Originally Posted by eoinh

Shels are off to Iceland to play KR.
Good trip for the fans and it's winnable, a good startOriginally Posted by gspain

if shels get past that ( which we all hope they do ) they are up against HNK Hajduk Split .....
Ignore Max Power, he is no more, the future is Ron Burgundy. I'd love to be Ron Burgundy but they won't let me........
That's literally the dream draw for us. They were the lowest of the seeded teams co-efficent wise, so low in fact that they had the exact same co-efficent as one of the unseeded teams, there's little between us co-efficent wise, it's certinaly very winnable and I'm feeling very confident about it. I'm amazed by how low Hajduks co-efficent is though, weren't they in the group stages fairly recently? They're one of the lower second round teams co-efficent wise, which seems strange to me.
when are the UEFA cup ties in?
ufea ties are on 15 and 29 july

boll0x....
If you attack me with stupidity, I'll be forced to defend myself with sarcasm.
Liechtenstein it is...FC Vaduz..dont know what to make of that really...We're away first

i don't like the draw bohs got. levedia tallin, we should beat them like we beat levedia maardu but i was hoping for a welsh trip or a faroe team.
That team longford play is good but still our standard. i think they went out to livingston on away goals two year ago, play in swiss first division but trash the other liectenstein teams in the cup. as im aware they are fully professional so good luck.

It's the same team you beat before, just changed their name.
So you better have your goalposts in order
Read my post on your other UEFA thread. If it had been City in the draw, this is the draw I would have wanted.Originally Posted by Longfordian
They've qualified by virtue of winning the Liechtenstein Cup (which they've won over thirty times through lack of competition, they play in the Swiss Challenge League (second division which is poor, don't use Basle in the First as a reference ) and are semi-pro, although they were almost promoted last season losing out in a playoff to Neuchatal Xamax.
Good away trip for you, easy to get to, and definitely can be won.
Bohs off to Estonia will be slightly tougher, it'll help that they're away first.

I think 95% of the Liechtenstein International team play for FC Vaduz so any of you Longford fans who said that Longford would've beat Liechtenstein when Ireland drew with them now have a chance to be proven right or wrong ( right I hope! ).
All in all I think the draw today has been very good for all 3 teams, here's hoping all the Irish Clubs make the most of it and get through to the next round. Best of luck to City over the weekend too!
i am going to run across Liechtenstein in 30 mins......its only 4 miles wide
