I was at tipp town game nice to see a lot of saints supporters there and then going to see big game after dinner , I think you were a bit harsh on ref yes he did nt see handball but I thought he was fair despite a lot of abuse from the line you compare him to ref in Cooke park who wanted to be the star of the show who destroyed the game fir both team ,what happened after game with chalkie da ?
Did ya hear who else is going???? Niall Kelly has left Clonmel Town aswel and signed for the Wilderness Rovers now i can understand lads leaving to go for better clubs but something is seriously wrong when they are leaving to go to the Wilderness and thats no disrespect meant to them.
Yea heard that its a shame whats happening but to be honest they were not getting into double figures the whole year at training so it aint going to start now and thats both A and B team in together i heard, surely there will have to be big changes made that cannot keep going on in a club like Town
It seems goalkeeper Evan Comerford is the only bright spot for town this year. He was recently called up to the Irish School's team. Surely has to be considered the best keeper in Tipperary at the moment and he's only after turning 18.
mcgrath gone? its a shame that all the rats are fleeing a sinking ship, shame on them, theres a lot to be said for the GAA and the players loyalty
It's funny that cause when teams lost two or three players to town over the years it's cause those players were ambitious but when players leave Clonmel Town they are rats? Swings and roundabouts if ya ask me, if town are willing to take players then don't moan when they leave. It's how every other club works.
most other clubs in tsdl deal with these type of crisis's every other season but the fact that its a club of towns status enduring this type of scenario has shocked alot of us on here. At the end of the day this season is going to be over for them in a month or 2, so they have till august then again to get there house in proper order for next season thats the real test.
having not posted on here in a while just want to congratulate saints, celtic and peake on great wins in fai last weekend. Also to bansha who done themselves and division 1 proud up in dublin. Not getting the result on the day but seemingly putting in good performance and will be boosted that moyglass and oldbridge dropped points in the league while they were away.
On to this weekend . Any predictions for sunday? fancy celtic but will take huge effort to beat saints. Is Richie ryan fit for this one . Have celtic any injuries or suspensions coming into this one Bishbash

Best of luck to Cahir Park in this, there on decent side of the draw at least so hopefully will progress. Clonmel Town must be very dissapointed to be knocked out of this last week they have very strong side and i fancied them to win it this year with no Cork City FC side involved in this seasons competition
if it wasnt for birds and booze id have played for ireland juniors!!!!!
Fully agree with you Balls. Couldn't believe they were beaten last week. I think this was an excellent Clonmel Town youths team. How many of the successful Tipperary minor footballers were on the team? It looked a walk in the park for them right through the competition. Either Avenue have a very exceptional team or Town completely flopped on the day. Surely the junior demise hasn't rubbed off on the youths. Cahir in with a fighting chance and best of luck to them. It worries me Cahir are using so many youths in the junior team. Remember Cahir are also going well in the under 17 competition. Players involved in all teams run the risk of burn-out and injury so lets hope Cahir watch this.
