Getting boring at this stage. Whenever you post I always think of the quote 'It's best to remain silent and be thought of as a fool, rather than open your mouth and remove all doubt' as it really suits you.

For someone from Cashel who professes to be involved with Cashel FC I find it strange that you have not commented on or ever made a post regarding Cashel's excellent league form this season.

I going to ignore all your posts from now on as they are quite sad.

Ps It's nice to be involved in the 'penultimate stages of major competitions'.

And while the linesman is from clonmel he definitely has no allegiance to Clonmel Celtic.

Yea, sorry about that. Don't envy the manager selecting the team to play the holders. The fourteen used last night did nothing wrong. The manager has instilled a good team spirit and commardrie among the players - and they showed their respect on the field. Speedy recovery to captain Paul Breen who couldn't play and is ill in hospital. Unfortunately he will miss collecting his award on Saturday night in Clonmel. St.Michaels will have serious worries for big game against Sheriff as Ritchie Ryan and Paul Breen now in battle against injury and illness.

i agree with nononsense and must commend the manager. Seems organised ( well as organised as one could be when in charge of tsdl oscar traynor team) seems to be getting decent commitment and results have been good. Not much more you can ask for really. It was a strong side the tsdl had out despite missing breeno and richie ryan and should give the dublin aul a good game. Anyone else think dwayne burns could be worth a call up for this match. Would be great player even to bring on from bench for final 20 mins when opposition are tiring. Is this the 3rd year on the trot we have met dublin aul in knockout stages if memory serves me correct. Surely due a win against them.

Just another quick one i have a hunch tsdl youths will go well this year also in youths inter league. winnable game next away to desmond league saturday week and with saints and town out on national and munster youth comps be great if best players from both camps commit to tsdl youths team. Its a winnable competion with a bit of luck along the way
if it wasnt for birds and booze id have played for ireland juniors!!!!!

It is looking like 90% of todays games are gone already. Feel sorry for Cullen on their big day at home in Munster cup, now they have to go to Cork.

I presume u have to be asked with saints having 2 fields tipp town , St Nicholas and Bansha nearby unless all pitches not playable it would be a surprise if Cullen didn't have back up plan

Anyway saints 8 Borris 1 tell it's own story Borris took lead but one way after that , I think Borris in big trouble

Both Bansha and Tipp Town home games off so no pitch there. Anyway it is very hard for Clubs to give their pitch to anyone with the wet weather we have been having , a pitch could be out of action for a month, which is what has happened to Cullen.

Dont think your allowed to give " A loan " of your pitch to another team , Something to do with insurance ... I might be wrong though

For a national (F.A.I.) or provincial (Munster Junior) cup game it is possible to move to another ground as long as it is within reasonable distance of the original venue i.e. approx 15 minutes. It was hard luck on Cullen-Lattin losing home venue. St.Nicholas were most helpful and Cullen-Lattin had contingency arrangements made to move to St.Nicholas ground, if necessary, but such was the rainfall on Saturday night/Sunday morning the Solohead ground was waterlogged.

no need to bring saint michaels into it. No clubs loan out there pitch its just not the done thing, the match is either played, fixture reversed to away teams ground or is postponed. And of all grounds in tsdl cooke park has probably been used the most for cup finals and represntative games in matches that havent involved saint michaels football club.
Some may think in cork for example smaller clubs can get use of pitches for bigger games but this comes at a cost of €150-200 so the club who owns the pitch are actually benefitting.
Cullen were just unlucky with the extreme weather and with there being no fifa approved full sized all weather pitch in tipperary to use as your back up pitch if ur hit with that weather you will lose home advantage. Wish them best of luck in refixture if Bansha beat Coachford with 10 men, cullen are more than capable of beating them aswell

Numurous clubs in limerick have loaned their grounds in the past to help out other local teams and im sure they will continue to do so,cant see what the problem is really in all fairness, all clubs should help each other out,and i might also add its done free of charge, although most of the clubs that avail of these normally give a donation to the club that helps them out,

we are not saying theres a problem here in tsdl so dont know what your on about. we were having a discussion about an unfortunate situation where one of our clubs game was called off due to weather and back up pitch was also waterlogged. not really too interested about your comments of limerick clubs playing happy families
