PD Team of the Season so far

    Possibly this: 4-4-2?

    Mannus
    Keane
    Oman
    Murray
    Davoren
    McLean
    Ryan
    Finn
    McCabe
    Zayed
    Twigg

    Subs:
    Rogers
    Bradley
    McGlynn
    Sheppard

Good selection but i would have Daniel Kearns in the team instead of Gary Mc Cabe.

    ----------mannus
    Keane Oman McMillan Stevens
    Kearns Dempsey Finn McLean
    ---North Zayed

Left out Kavanagh because I didn't want to put too maby pats players in. I'd have him ahead of Zayed anyway

I also think Twigg is best striker in the league but he's missed a few games so he doesn't get in. I've no doubt he'll be in the end of year team. Dempsey is the player of the year so far

Wouldn't have Kearns in it. Madden instead of Keane for me.

Imnot been biased here but it may sound like it, Madden is the best right back in the league, hes the most consistant player in our team all season, never has a bad game. Hawkins would be close to a centre back slot in the team of the season too! A complete leader for us.

With 28 goals between Zayed,Mc Glynn and Mc Clean surley these three would be in everyones teams?

Greacen at CB has been amazing all season as well.

That leaves seven other players from all teams you's can pick.
So if you think Bohs are big read this. http://www.astronomy.ie/perpespective.html

I'm not being biased, but players who play for my team should be there instead of players that don't.

Gary Dempsey absolutely has to be in there. No question.
Bray Wanderers: So good they were relegated twice (and still stayed up).

    * All shoe ins for me.

Honorable mentions to Rodgers (Pats), McCabe (Rovers), North (Pats) McGylnn (Derry), Richie Ryan (Sligo), Eoin Doyle (Sligo). Twigg has missed a few games but is without doubt the best striker in the league, plus he is still up there in the league goal scoring charts. Then there is Daniel Kearns. Without doubt he has great talent and had some great games but his end product for us at times has been not good enough.

Shocked at all the people who have included Kearns. All flash, very little substance.

All bias aside I still rate Keane higher than Madden, I just dont see Madden anywhere as close to Keane.
Apart from Keane I couldnt really see any other of our players bar maybe Davoren getting into the starting 11 at the minute.

Davoren's a terrible defender. Absolutely awful. I don’t rate Madden at all. I picked Stevens as I think he's a good player but talking to a Rovers mate he said he's had a poor season (and even thinks he should be dropped). ON reflection I think Massey is a great shout for LB. Not many great full backs around.

For Pats Pender is as solid as they come. Keane is better going forward (and I picked him above) but for Pats I wouldn’t swap Pender for anyone. Ian Bermingham started the season well but injuries have taken their toll again. Jake Carroll looks to have huge potential

Some of the picks here are hilarious IMO. Hawkins? Brennan? Mitchell? Brennan is an attacking/creative player and Bohs have only scored 16 goals all season?

But then you can only pick what you see. Kearns scared the bejesus out of me in Richmond earlier this season. Himself and Gaynor where phenomenal. Haven’t seen anyone else play as well as that, so that’s why I picked him. Obviously Dundalk fans know more than I do about him

Mitchell has put in some outstanding performances this season to be fair.
