jofspring, despairingly some of us have to put up with a few supporters of one of the big clubs on these forums, these ..supporters have what i would term a ...tourist..approach.they jumped on the orient express a while back not knowing its real history and as you can see are babbling away like they have been on it for all its long existence.its a pity such a great history is being tarnished by a few, however its image will be saved ,the good will prevail.
Irish junior internation team beat russia 2-1, they are now in the final
Yes, came from behind for a marvellous win. (Actually its the Irish Amateur International team i.e. players who never played LOI). Three St.Michaels players involved, Chalky Walsh, who captains the team, Chris Higgins and Paul Breen. They now play Portugal in the final on Tuesday.
I am glad to give this rule change a decent go,and if we're not happy with how its running then we can propose a switch back to the old way. That is unless someone tries to use some version of the Bosman ruling and claim breach of His right to free movement, with His rights interfered with, by the LDMC rule. Not so far fetched as you might think, what with ALL the money that SOME clubs have at their disposal. Jaysus I hope I didn't put ideas in someones head, someone with bottomless pockets.
just heard that 2 irish Players were included in the Ueafa regions cup team of the Tournament, they are Ray Whelehan and James Chalky Walsh, Chalky is on fire at the moment and cant see him stepping down from international soccer for a long time to come yet, weldone to both of them, some achievement
reading the STAR,s reports on the games both these players seemed to be the pick of the bunch alright, fair play to them and tbf walsh has always been an outstanding centre half.
