Just hope the quality of the satellite line they use is better than the quality of the recent Unity Cup. I purchased the 3 matches through NTL but had to cancel halfway through the first match. The quality was unwatchable.

Dont think fan base would come into it ...... be more like rating etc. .... the viewing figures for a commercial station would be more important so the can sell more adds.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
