    Eddie O'Sullivan-Poxiest tool ever !!

Firstly he allows us to play a game in mid-afternoon at altitude having only been up there 36 hours prior to kick off. Obviously something he read in his pop-up book. We were totally out on our feet as in the days of old with 25 mins to go.
If that wasn't bad enough, he then flatly refuses to pick the best crash centre available to him at the moment, and picks a smarmy has-been o the wing.Maggs had to play from the start in this one because of what happened on saturday. They killed us up the middle early on. Dempsey should have been dropped, Murphy to full back, Horgan and Payne on the wings with Maggs & God in centres. Thats a big, powerful and skillful backline.
Quinny must be close to a recall now ahead of either of the two flankers, and mullet man has surely thrown his last dodgy line out for Ireland...any more and he's gotta go!!

Indeed I did....we should have won the grand slam and got to the semi-finals of the world cup.Don't see you arguing with any of the points I made.

I didn't see the game JoeSoap, but from the reports i've read it seems that the problem lay in the forwards (particularly the front five) rather than in the backs.
Agree about Murphy though, as I've said before, Dempsey must be wondering what he has to do to be dropped at this stage.

Absolutely, bring back the inhaler with his accurate line-outs.

They're equally bad if you ask me, and the sad thing is that there is absolutely no other alternative. Munster have a good lad Jerry Flannery coming through, but is still a long way off International standard. Marcus is the only other prop option we have.Second row cover is also light.

I;m sure i said it before but heard that 57% of Tour dde France riders are asmathic.

AFAIK O'Gara is also apparently an asmathic.

Seems to be the legal drugs of choice?

Well if any of our rugby squad are taking performance-enhancing drugs, they would want to take a serious look at their supplier !!....They're not working

True....I should develop a far more optimistic outlook on life. Bet you that Limerick FC win promotion to the premier, and that Pats romp away with the league by 15 points
Don't mean to come across so pessimistic. I think I'm being realistic, which unfortunately leads to pessisism these days where Irish rugby is concerned.

Absolutely cracking performance. The u-19s won the world cup in Argentina in 1998....God was on that team.Having successful underage teams is not necessarily a sign of bright futures though, as only a couple from every successful under-age team actually make the step-up.Pessimistic, but true.
