    Murphy to Millwall?

According to todays Mirror, Millwall are very interested in taking him from us.

TBH, I'm not surprised in the least that he is grabbing attention. He has been outstanding all season long for City. It would just be horrible to lose him, and all the worse that it would be on a free, as he is only on a 1 year deal.

He is a self confessed Millwall fan, and Eng div 1 is a step up, certainly financially. It would probably be a hard move for him to turn down.

Heres hoping he will give us another season anyways.

it'd be a huge blow, he's been outstanding.

Think he only on a 1 year contract at city so wouldn't be surprised.

I'd say it's just another stupid rumour like all the other rumours that the tabloids have been circulating about our players in the last few months.
Danny is a Millwall fan so the Mirror probably just found that out and came up with this story.

That said, I am very worried about the fact that he's only on a one year contract. It was the right contract length to do when we signed him but now he has proven how good he is and we need to tie him down asap.

If we lost him and Flynny at the end of the season it would be a massive blow. I hope the club can convince him to stay but Milwall would be a step up and he might find it very hard to refuse
