What formations and tactics does your club use? Thinking about this a lot lately: Over the last couple of years I've seen mostly 4-5-1 with an occasional morph into 4-4-2. Fingal were different 4-4-3 and Sligo seem to throw 4 up front sometimes, but the general fashion is for tactical cancelation of midfield alongside hoofball from the back to the front.
Anyone agree/disagree with this assessment?

I think most coaches in the league are much too negative.
Is anything more adventurous prevented by the standard of player available?
