64/1 I reckon, but the odds are a li'l messed up to be fair.
What are the odds on all 4 Irish clubs playing European football in August? Sligo are guaranteed it already.

These are the teams that Shamrock Rovers could be drawn against in tomorrows draw. Its likely to be decided in the morning that it will be regionalised so a trip to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan is unlikely.
The Hoops will face one of the following 17 clubs in that round: Dacia Chisinau (Moldova), FC Pyunik Yerevan (Armenia), FK Borac Banja Luka (Bosnia-Herzegovina), Skonto Riga (Latvia), FC Fehérvár (Hungary), Bangor City (Wales), HB Torshavn (Faroe Islands), Linfield (Northern Ireland), Tobol Kustanai (Kazakhstan), F91 Dudelange (Luxembourg), Flora Tallinn (Estonia), Breidablik (Iceland), FC Valletta (Malta), Neftchi Baku (Azerbaijan), Shkendija Tetovo (FYR Macedonia), Skënderbeu Korçë (Albania) and FK Mogren (Montenegro).
I see one of the ties could be potential played on the 12th of July, Rovers against Linfield in Belfast could be interesting that day
Here on a technicality.
Dont forget Pats either!
Will miss the draw since at work but hoping its Bangor/Skonto Riga for Rovers and Neath/or some Latvia/Estonia team.
Half thinking of going to see pats in europe this season! (so somewhere cheap wud be nice!)
Looking at the list of teams involved in Round 3 of the qualifiers, it's not a bad round for LoI clubs to look to make consistently. Big names coming on a consistent basis year after year will be great for clubs to raise their profiles. There's naturally all talk about group stages but in both competitions the round before the play-offs and the play-offs can produce good games and bring good teams to Ireland. Rovers experienced that last season against Juventus.

Champions League groups are done. Rovers can get
Skonto FC (LVA), Bangor City FC (WAL), HB Tórshavn (FRO), Linfield FC (NIR), FC Flora Tallinn (EST), Breidablik (ISL)
(ie totally regionalised)
They'll easily win all those ties

I don't think it will be easy against any of the listed opposition but you'd expect Rovers to progress especially if they get drawn away from home first.
Europa League groups are done as well:
Group 2
Seeded: Fulham FC (ENG)*, Saint Patrick's Athletic FC (IRL), Aalesunds FK (NOR)*, BK Häcken (SWE)*, FK Renova (MKD)
*Respect Fair Play entrants
Unseeded: Glentoran FC (NIR), ÍBV Vestmannaeyjar (ISL), NSÍ Runavík (FRO), Neath FC (WAL), UN Käerjéng 97 (LUX)

KYour confidence in Rovers abilites must be a new found departure for you dodge but i wouldnt share your 100% optimism.Riga & Talinn would be 50/50 games imho.
I remember well this time last year bozos fans goin on about their chance to progress to the Big Time.... Now look at them!
Linfield would be the best draw as nordie football is toxic.
Agreed, Riga and Talinn will be 50-50 games. Rovers have a good chance though, hopefully they'll win through to the next round.

Wales the North or Luxembourg please Mr Platini, Second leg away if possible (Selfish point of view)

I'm guessing that like myself, you tend to be more cautious about your own team's chances. Rovers will be favourites for all 5 ties, although granted the 2 you mention being harder than the other 3.
As for us, I'd be very confident playing 4 of the 5 possible opponents, with only the Icelandic team worring me
I realise this could all blow up in my face but again, we'd be favourites in all ties
