US Tour would be a perfect opportunity. The FAI should make contact.
Left back for Norwich, eligible for Ireland and playing regularly for them and they potentially could be in the premiership next season.
We're short of LBs, he's not of Ian Harte quality but he's 25 and english born so probably ticks all the boxes for a call-up.

"We lost because we didn't win"- Ronaldo
He's the brother of 28-year-old Paul Tierney who started out with Manchester United and represented us at under-21 level. Paul is also a left-back but is now with Altrincham in the Football Conference.
Wasn't there a Fran Tierney declaring for us at one point.. Crewe I think!
Still has his place at Norwich in the prem.
anyone know anything about him?
Ya.he is quite small.oh ya and he is 25
He's 6 foot.

On a side note Steven Reid should really be back in the Irish squad at this stage but you can be sure Trapattoni hasn't even bothered to contact him.

Ok i got that one wrong then
....
But i know for a fact he definitely likes cornflakes and not rice krispies in the morning
Tardelli is at the Norwich-WBA game now. Irish (and Irish-ish) players involved include Long, Hoolahan, Tierney and Reid.
That's good to hear.is long playing
He is. Cox is on the bench. I'm guessing he is there to see Hoolahan and maybe Tierney.
I was wondering the same a while ago.has to.but being talked about with England for a while now as cover for hart
Looked decent going forward, got some good crosses in...
The name Declan suggests a recent connection but if he's being talked up as an England international I doubt his head would be turned anyway.
Tierney was impressive today, especially going forward. Haven't seen enough of him defensively but being at Norwich...I think we'll find out over the course of the season.
Rudd appeared in an England u21 squad as recent as last month.
Hopefully he makes the next jump.... to becoming our dominating force in the ...uh...whatever in say...uh 2020.
