Can't really say that after 3 games. If there is another contender to the title this year, other than Shamrock Rovers, it is Sligo Rovers.

please feel free to point it out . Rovers were expected by most to win the game . To do this they would have to score a goal . WTF is your problem if I want to criticise my teams lack of ability to score a goal . I made a statement that it not a good sign for us if we cant even score a goal against a team that had conceded 2.5 goals per game up til then . Sligo Rovers were tipped by most if not all as the closest chalangers to shams for the league . They have so far not lived up to that . Good result in Derry even if lucky (thats how you win leagues) , bad loss in Sligo against shams and a team to chalange for honours would have come out after that and (while facing one of the SUPPOSED weaker teams got all 3 points . Saying bray played better only supports my point of Rovers not being good enough . Last week it was said well it was shams and they are SUPPOSED to win the league so what now bray are to be second . We have not scored goals and have not even looked like we could . This is my problem with our team . I DONT BEGRUDGE BRAY ANYTHING . I would have expected rovers to have taken at least 7 of the 9 points from the 3 games after shams but the draw would have been DROGS not bray , now i see them losing the next 2 . I hope to be wrong . It appears that BOHS are the only contenders but dfx that is only my opinion .

The 5 points wouldnt be a worry MP its our lack of goals im concerned about so while I agree were not contenders the cup or two comment is pretty unnecessary . Still its what you have to put up with that matters , right .

exactly. Rovers were miles off the pace after 5 games last season and ended up winning it but, then again, arrogance causes blindness...

there are other things that Rovers fans are synonymous with that also apparently cause blindness...

OK where did I say we should beat them or any such thing . For the love of god read what I said . Went to Dundalk a couple of years ago, on a bank holiday. Later looked for a bite to eat in the town in the early evening. Trying to get one in a pub was an unexpected issue, as none of them served food after 6pm. With the ~~best~~ only option fast food stuff available, I headed back early. I doubt much has changed since.

Relax your head harley. The season has just started, we have played 3 games and conceded only one goal (which was a gift) against three decent teams. We might not be scoring but were creating good chances, give it time instead of ranting from New York about games that you havent even seen.

You shouldnt be so quick to assume I havent seen them RED . I also have friends who go to the games . I am concerned at our lack of ability to score and neither you or anyone else has addressed that other than to insult,slight or slag me off but not a bit of football talk out of any of ye . If you think that its ok that we cant score then thats ok but if I dont agree then surely thats allowed too ? Please dont have the cheek to bring up my location in the world as a slag as Im pretty sure I would have been in the Showgrounds long before you were aware of where they were . I never insulted you harley all Im saying is that the season is young, we are notorioulsy bad starters and the season is long. Give it time. I did addreess our goal scoring abilities - we are creating chances which is important, it will come. (Another night against Shams if our chances went in we could have beat them by 3 goals).

Have you seen the games this season or not? If you havent your opinon is watered down, no matter what anyone tells you.

And what your son or how long you have been in the Showgrounds has got to do it, well I dont know.

There is no point in you two fighting with each other. What you need to do is turn your frustration and anger on the players. Let them know how you feel. They are the ones causing the mess.
