As geysir said, the game was over. Not so much of a deal. Should have put his foot through it - the Portuguese guy sliding in was second best until Quirke pulled out.

their opening goal was excellent, and possibly the first save Quirke had to make, for the second it looked like he was trying to jump out of the tackle, and then got rounded to concede.
I think he was trying to flick the ball over the tackle and just botched it completely.
Under normal circumstances I'd hope he would have buried it towards row z
