Actually Howard has taken off a year for playing for the US so Guzan is the US #1 for the next year at least.
"Jacques Santini...will be greeted in every dugout of the country by "one-nil, one-nil" - Clive Tyldsley, 89th minute of France-England June 13, 2004.
"Ooooohhhh Nooooooo" Bobby Robson 91st minute.

    But that's your role here.

If you don't profess your knowledge how can we honestly bow down at your feet?

Has been mentioned in the under-21s thread already, but Grealish opted out of inclusion in the under-21 squad yesterday for the upcoming friendly games against the US and Russia to focus on his Villa career, according to his father/Noel King: http://www.joe.ie/football/no-jack-g...ncluded/474239

Why does he need to focus on his club career, any more than any other player trying to make it at their club? Fair enough, maybe, before the contract was signed.

It's clear to me. He's holding out for a call up for the USA game.

One thing we can be sure of, is he is pretty clear and definite on wanting to play for Ireland and he is ours to lose.

"Kings of Europe: The Chelsea Story on sky sports 1 now! One of the most inspirational programmes I've ever watched! Must watch"

I haven't seen the programme I don't think, but Chelsea's recent success must be the least inspiring story in the history of sport, and possibly in the history of the world.

No, he has never been clear and definite. Please drop the factious tone. You may not like some of the posters here but I'm getting tired of silly digs when not necessary. You're actually one of only a handful here who were quick to draw conclusions in either direction.

Holding out in hope or safe in the knowledge that it is going to happen?
