I would have preferred that they had big league games and would therefore rest players against us if they're not going to see us as a threat.
They don't have any players on the swedish panel either so will probably be at full strength. It should at least mean that there will be a large home crowd for the away leg, seeing as they onyl have one home goame to look forward to for the next month and a half.

According to their website their next match is on 12th June against Orebero but this might be a friendly.
Their top striker, Niclaas Skoog, was in the running for the Swedish squad but unfortunately for us and him didn't make it.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
